That is right, I am giving you serious bragging rights .. you can now say you have your own personal nutritionist plan out your family meals… for under £9 a day!! It is the place to be if you finally want the body that makes you feel confident and radiant. You will be strutting down the streets with your new glow up!

You will also get a 1:1 online session with me for accountability and motivation every month. Getting excellent health is not a linear path so these sessions are needed to overcome barriers and adjust plans accordingly.

what’s included as a member?

WEEKLY MENU

Inside you will get a 4 week meal plan emailed to you tailored to your own health goals whether that is reducing menopausal symtoms or getting rid of stubborn belly fat. The meals will also be tailored to your lifestyle taste ie plant based, fish and meat.

SHOPPING LIST

Every meal plan will contain a shopping list for that week too. Each recipe does have ingredient variations so everything is flexible
