Where are the consultations held?

I offer private consultations on a one-to-one basis on Zoom or Phone video chat. Maybe you are fed up and confused about how to lose weight and don’t know where to start. Extra guidance and advice from a qualified nutritionist may be all it takes to help you become the healthiest and happiest version of you

what are sessions like?

Sessions are fun and bespoke to you.

  1. I will ask you to briefly to review your actions set in the previous session

  2. We will be setting together a health goal for each session

  3. We will then explore this in 4 stages, in the following order:

  • What the goal means to you and what impact would achieving it have on your life

  • What have you done so far in relation to the goal?

  • What resources you currently have and what resources you are missing?

  • Bespoke lifestyle and nutrition advice

  • We will explore all the (im)possible options you have to achieve your goal

  • You will decide which ones of these options you want to take action on for the following 2-3 weeks and I will check your level of commitment.

    4. We will conclude by looking into how the session was useful for you.

do i need to fill in any forms before sessions?

Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a consent form and a health history and lifestyle questionnaire.The information allows me to prepare in advance, maximising your time with me. I will take into account your general health, family history, dietary habits, digestive function, occupation and any medical conditions you may have to build a bespoke nutrition plan. I work with you to discuss what your problem areas are, what you would like to work on and how we will get there.

do you help with eating disorders?
