From cocktail sausages to running

What has been achieved since we started our coaching journey?

Out of everything I have tried The Delicious Transformation is the most realistic and most likely to loose weight program that I have ever tried. Before coaching I was feeling depressed eating cocktail sausages to try and lose weight and this didn't make me happy. So you have taught me the most successful and healthy way to lose weight.

What have you learn't about yourself?

Melissa has helped me to focus on some areas that I have had weaknesses in, confront them and come up with a plan to fix that

What did you find tough, easy, surprising?

It was surprising how easy it was to stay in the correct mindset between coaching sessions. The solutions seemed so obvious and so I can't believe I haven’t thought about it before. The coaching teased the solutions out of  me and my issues became apparent. Sessions were easy and enjoyable. The whole experience was not something I dreaded at all.

What was unexpected from coaching and what are you going to continue?

It was unexpected that I have managed to start a diet that is working for me and doing exercise which is huge! So I have definitely  made some real improvements. I am going to continue with the visualisations  and meal plans for easy meals and continue to exercise

What am I proud of during the coaching period and what have I achieved or doing differently as a direct result of the coaching?

Half of our coaching sessions were done in lockdown and I managed not to turn into a beach ball so this has proved something has changed. If I didn’t have Melissa coaching me I would have gained 20 pounds during lock down! I have started a completely different diet and started running which I historically hated!

What has been the best bit of coaching?

Overall I have a more positive attitude to the health process. I don’t feel like losing weight is difficult now, it is just something I am doing. The health coaching has taken the sting out of it, I don’t see it as scary, just a thing to do

Energetic, sincere and easy to talk to! Thank you these sessions have been really helpful and good. I would like to carry on monthly
